MOBILITY TO FIGHT UNEMPLOYMENT BY GRANTING VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUNG ADULTS.
The MOVO project will feature several key activities to drive its objectives forward. Transnational Project Meetings, will facilitate collaboration and strategic planning. Local Trainings, conducted by each partner organization, will engage young adult participants to provide targeted skill development. The National Multiplier Event will serve as a platform for knowledge dissemination and broader engagement with the project’s outcomes, drawing participants from various sectors including sport stakeholders, policymakers, NGOs, educational providers, public authorities, experts in the field of Sport, and the general public.
We recently hosted a local event in Italy to promote the project and engage key stakeholders. During the session, we presented the activity — a hands-on workshop built on the project’s core outputs like the Training Format and Manual.
Participants explored how these tools can be applied locally to drive youth engagement and inclusive participation.

On 29th of April, 2024, IZNIKMEM organized a focus group interview with coaches, staff of non-profit sports organizations, and young people to discuss the needs and challenges about personal and career development in sport.
The focus group interview organized by MV International on the 3rd of May, 2024, was a significant step towards understanding the needs and challenges faced by staff of non-profit sports organizations and young individuals in the realm of personal and career development in sports. The insightful discussions shed light on various aspects that impact individuals involved in the sports industry, addressing key areas that can lead to enhanced opportunities for growth and success.
